Industrial Cone Baking Machine Process

2025-07-29

The industrial-grade cone baking machine begins with raw material preparation. The machine receives flour, sugar, butter, and other ingredients in preset proportions and is equipped with an integrated weighing system to ensure that each batch meets precise recipe specifications.

This eliminates manual metering errors and maintains consistent raw material ratios.

Next comes the mixing stage. The machine's twin-screw mixing unit has an adjustable speed range of 30 to 60 revolutions per minute to achieve a uniform blend of dry and wet ingredients.

The mixing chamber is constructed of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and contaminant-resistant, meeting international food safety standards.

After mixing, the batter is transferred to the forming unit via a pneumatic pump. The forming molds, which are customizable in size (ranging from 5 cm to 12 cm in height), are used to shape the batter into cones.

The machine's servo motor controls the mold movement, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±0.1 mm, ensuring consistent dimensions for each cone.

Cone Baking Machine Process

Baking is the core stage. The machine utilizes infrared heating elements with a temperature control range of 180°C to 220°C, adjustable in 5°C increments. The conveyor speed is synchronized with the baking time (typically 60 to 90 seconds), enabling continuous production. The baking zone features a heat distribution coefficient of ≤3%, ensuring uniform browning across all cones.

After baking, the cones enter the cooling zone, where a forced air cooling system reduces the temperature from 80°C to 30°C in 30 seconds. This rapid cooling prevents moisture absorption and maintains crispness.

The machine then unloads the cones onto a conveyor, with an optional counter sensor recording production in real time.
