Product Introduction

The sugar cone automatic production line is a complete set of equipment designed for large-scale, continuous production. It can automatically process flour, sugar, eggs, water and other raw materials into crispy cones.

The entire line usually only needs 1-2 people on duty, with a production capacity of 3,500-8,000 pieces/hour (the largest model can reach 11,000 pieces/hour). The length, angle, weight, thickness and pattern can be customized according to customer requirements.

Function Description

1. Slurry mixing system

200L stainless steel slurry mixer, uniformly blends flour, sugar, eggs, water, etc., in proportion to form batter.

2. Quantitative batter injection

Servo pump automatically injects batter into the lower baking tray, with thickness set by PLC.

3. Tunnel-type gas oven

Baking completes in 2 minutes after upper and lower trays close; PID temperature control, supports gas or electric heating.

4. Robotic sheet removal

After baking, soft wafers are picked up by vacuum suction cups/robotic arms to avoid manual contact.

5. Rolling and shaping

Rotating conical mold synchronously rolls the wafer into a cone shape; angle, length, and thickness can be switched with one button.

6. Cooling/conveying

Forced air cooling for 20–30 seconds ensures crispness; then conveyed out via belt.

7. Counting & stacking

Finished products are automatically counted and stacked to the set quantity for easy manual or automated packaging.
